Not only have we finally got our beautiful new maps on hand our little trail just keeps growing – proving that our little corner of the Barossa Valley truly is rich with experiences waiting for you.

Possum Cottage

Experience the unique Barossa self-contained accommodation. Create in the tapas style kitchenette and step down to dine in the original 1856 cellar. Unwind in your own personal jacuzzi room.

The Cottage Offers

The cottage has a modern, creative and playful style with a hint of sophisticated rustic charm.

It has a unique-style kitchenette which allows you to be creative and design your own tapas to pair with your favourite wines.

Step down into your private cellar/dining room and adore its 1856 charm of original features. Surrounded by priceless and unique 160 year old beams and limestone walls which tell a story of yesteryear, wine and dine in style.

Enjoy the cosy lounge area and feel the comfort and warmth of the slow combustion fireplace. It’s a relaxing room to share board games and movies.

Step outside and enjoy the ambiance of your own private garden with what it has to offer.

The large decking area has a six-seater table. Enjoy the electric portable BBQ for entertaining.

Enjoy your private outdoor Jacuzzi room which accommodates up to 3-4 people. Open the louvres for a beautiful ivy view whilst sipping on your favourite wine reminiscing on your day.

After your Jacuzzi experience, step down into the chiminea area, light the outdoor fire and relax some more.

Make sure you follow the path to the original wishing well, toss a coin and make a wish.

After your outdoor experience, enjoy the clean, crisp bathroom facilities before turning in for the evening.

The Possum Suite is a charming bedroom with historic pressed tin ceilings. The room has an intimate king size bed with romantic characteristics that will make you feel like royalty; a romantic setting for those special occasions.

The Kookaburra Suite is a relaxing bedroom setting with original floorboards and wooden ceilings. The room has a king size bed and a day bed with a trundle for a cosy nook or extra bedding.

Terms & conditions:
1: This is a game of skill, photos will be judged by a panel from the participating businesses along the Bethany to Angaston trail. No correspondence regarding the winner will be entered into. 1.1: Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. 2: Each competition runs per calendar month -to be eligible photos must be taken & marked with #### bethanyangastontrail within the same month. 2.1: By including the #### bethanyangastontrail on images entrants accept these terms & conditions. The entrant also accepts their image and name will be used in the promotion of the competition. 2.2: Photos must include scenes from the area marked out by the Bethany to Angaston trail map – or products from the participating businesses 3: The winner for the previous month will be announced via social media channels of the participating businesses, and a notice displayed at the Barossa Farmers Market on the 1st Saturday of each month. 3.1: The winner will be notified via the social media channel on which the winning picture was posted. 3.2: Winner must make contact with the Bethany to Angaston Trail group within the month of the announcement otherwise it will be deemed forfeited. 4: The varying monthly prize pool is sourced from participating Bethany to Angaston Trail businesses. The prize for the month will be announced on the 1st Saturday of that month. 4.1: Prizes are as stated each month and can not be exchanged for cash, or redeemed for other goods & services.
